Wet to Wet Differential Pressure Transducer w/ Remote Probes. The A/WPR2 Series Remote Wet to Wet Differential Pressure Sensor is designed to reduce installation time and to provide mounting flexibility, often eliminating the need for additional plumbing. They accurately measure wet media pressures in a variety of applications. Commonly used for monitoring pumps, these devices are also ideal for measuring pressure across filters, heat exchangers and compressors. The A/WPR2’s enclosure opens conveniently to allow it to be reconfigured between three additional ranges (see order grid) and outputs of 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC. The A/WPR2 Series can measure pressure ranges as low as 0 to 15 psi and as high as 0 to 300 psi. The A/WPR2 also features a push button auto zero function for remote calibration efficiency. Our Pressure Sensors or Transmitters are designed for HVAC, Building Automation, and light industrial systems. Typical applications include: chilled water, hot water systems, DP across heat exchanges, chillers, pump control, proof of pump flow status, proof of water flow in chillers, water source heat pumps, DP control of pump VFDs, heating and cooling water systems, and chiller evaporators. The A/WPR2 Series is covered by ACI's Five (5) Year Limited Warranty.
ACI offers the SYPHON SERIES to help protect pressure transmitters from damage where the operating temperature of the steam being monitored is higher than the maximum operating temperature of the pressure transducer.
ACI offers the SNUBBER SERIES to help protect pressure gauges and transducers against pressure surges. The porous filter design is suitable for use in air, gas, and fluid applications.
