2-Product Terms

- The physical conditions of the product you have requested for evaluation are very important. If the product is unused, in its box, with all parts intact, the probability of positive evaluation will be very high.

- If the product you intend to evaluate has been used, please describe its condition well. Products that are used but in working condition and whose parts are complete are products that can be sold at very reasonable prices. Take this into consideration when determining the price.

- The products we sell as Controlyum are under warranty for 24 months and you will be deemed to have made the same commitment during this period. You can review our warranty conditions on this page.

- If the product is returned by the customer within 7 days, you will be deemed to have undertaken to accept the return.

3-Product Information

- It is very important for evaluation that you fill in the relevant parts of the form completely.

- Please specify the product brand, model, code and quantity.

- Please share with us the photos you will take of the product with this form. Take pictures from all angles whenever possible.

- It will always be an advantage to evaluate the product by taking a video and sharing it with us in this form. Please take a video of the product so that it can be seen from all sides and send it to us.

4-Pricing

- The price you will determine for the product you are considering is the most important factor. Please specify a figure in Turkish Lira excluding VAT in the price section.

- As Kontrolyum, we will not charge you a separate fee for this service. The products you intend to evaluate will be put up for sale by adding a figure to be determined by our company.

- With the number we will add as Controlium, if the product remains above the market prices, it will be inevitable that it cannot be sold. Please consider this situation carefully when determining the number.

5-Shipping Method

- Keeping the products you intend to evaluate in our Controlyum Istanbul warehouse will always be to your advantage in terms of returning to sales quickly. We can store the products on your behalf in the section we call “ARAF DEPO” and in case of a sale, we can complete the purchasing process with you. In this way, if you consider keeping your products in ARAF DEPO, you will be advantageous in evaluating the prices you have determined.

- You can keep the products you want to evaluate in your own stocks and send them to us in case of sales.

- In case of a reasonable price, we may be able to purchase the products from you immediately, as Kontrolyum, before they are sold.

- It will be your responsibility and costs to ship the products you consider to be evaluated.
